Bihari is Not a Language

The Sthitapragya Framework for Personal Branding: When you frame content as something you gain, yourself first, then there is no so-called ‘wasted’ content. There is no piece of content where the supposedly low Likes, Comments, or engagement would bother you. You had a point to make/a view to share, and you did. Every piece of content you share adheres to a larger plan which, in turn, is based on your personal brand definition. From this vantage point, there are no good or bad days at all! In a way, the best way to understand this is to consider the word (in Tamil) – Stithapragya. The word is used in a worldly, philosophical sense in the Bhagavad Gita, meaning “a state of mind where loss or gains do not affect an individual”.

Continuation Funds and Ponzi Schemes: A continuation fund is a new investment vehicle set up to acquire a portion or the entirety of an existing fund's portfolio as it nears the end of its lifespan. Both funds are typically managed by the same fund manager (General Partner, or short GP). That's why it's also called General Partner (GP)-led secondary transaction. Investors (Limited Partners, or short LPs) in the original fund are given the option to either roll existing interests into the continuation fund or cash out. Cash contributions from new investors to the continuation fund will be used to pay out the original fund investors that have opted to exit.

Bihari is Not a Language: The language spoken by Amitabh Bachchan in movies where he used to play a North Indian villager (Adalat, Don, Ganga Ki Saugandh etc) is not Bhojpuri, but Avadhi. Maithili is the second largest Bihar language. It is spoken in the Mithila region and adjoining areas as well as Nepal. The heartland of this language is Darbhanga/ Madhubani.
